Typically within 48 hours of confirming the appointment. During peak season (spring, autumn) it may be 1–2 weeks longer. Urgent jobs by arrangement.

We carry out pressure washing at temperatures above 5 °C. During winter months (December–February) operations are limited depending on weather. We recommend booking for spring or autumn.

The price depends on the area, material, level of soiling and accessibility. After sending photos or an on-site inspection you will receive an exact non-binding quote within 24 hours.

Cleaning a driveway or terrace costs approximately 500–1,500 CZK per 10 m². It depends on the level of soiling and type of paving.

Within 30 km of Liberec travel is free. Beyond that we charge 8 CZK/km.

How should I prepare for facade cleaning?

Remove items close to the facade (furniture, flowers). Make sure windows are closed. Access to a power socket (230V) is helpful but not required – we have our own generator.

How long does cleaning take?

Cleaning a family house facade takes 3–8 hours depending on size. 50 m² of paving roughly 2–3 hours. Gutters on a family house 1–2 hours. You will get an exact estimate when booking.

Do I need to be home during cleaning?

For exterior work (facade, paving, fence) your presence is not required – just ensure access to the site. For gutters and roof your presence is appreciated for the handover.

How long does the surface take to dry?

Facades and paving dry in 2–6 hours in normal summer weather. Roofs dry faster (they are in the open air). The surface is immediately usable after drying.

Yes. We provide a satisfaction guarantee on every job – if you are not satisfied with the result we will come back and re-clean the problem area for free.
