It depends on the scope of work. Facade cleaning of a family home typically takes 2–4 hours, paving or terrace cleaning 1–3 hours. You get a precise estimate when enquiring.

Do I need to be present during cleaning?

You do not need to be present the whole time. We need access to the property and power (an electrical socket). We recommend being available by phone.

What do I need to prepare?

Ensure clear access to the surface to be cleaned and a water supply (standard garden hose). Remove furniture, flower pots and small objects from the area.

When do I pay for the work?

Payment is always only after completion of the work and your satisfaction with the result. We accept cash and bank transfer.

What if I am not satisfied with the result?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If the result does not meet expectations, we will return free of charge and resolve the issue. We stand behind the quality of our work.
