Can very old and dark oil stains in the garage be cleaned?

Fresh and mildly aged stains we remove very well. Deeply soaked old stains (years old) will improve significantly but may not disappear completely. The result depends on how deeply the oil has penetrated the concrete.

How long do I have to wait before walking on the cleaned surface?

Cleaned concrete can normally be walked on after 2–4 hours. If we add impregnation we recommend waiting 24 hours.

Do you clean garages with a drain – where does the water go?

Yes. The water and dirt will drain into your garage drain. If needed we can bring absorbent material to capture oil run-off so it does not go into the sewer.

Is impregnation necessary after cleaning?

It is not mandatory, but we recommend it. Concrete impregnation prevents deep penetration of dirt and moisture, so the next cleaning will be easier and more effective. It also extends the life of the concrete.
